We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic UiPath Sr. Project Manager to lead and manage our most critical UiPath automation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of UiPath solutions that meet business needs. You will work closely with senior management, stakeholders, and technical teams to drive project success, optimize processes, and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of UiPath automation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of UiPath solutions.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across project teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and automation capabilities.

• UiPath Advanced Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a focus on UiPath or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) projects.
• Strong understanding of UiPath platform components and RPA best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
