Superintendent

Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects
• Supervise and coordinate activities of subcontractors and laborers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and schedules effectively
• Conduct site inspections and quality control measures
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure project specifications are met

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in construction
• Strong knowledge of underground utility construction, water, sewer, and roadway systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• OSHA certification is a plus
