Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own annual planning processes, quarterly board financial reporting and monthly forecasts and communicate business performance to key stakeholders including employees, investors and the Board of Directors
• Provide data-driven insights, facilitate decision making and influence strategy and resource allocation through monthly business reviews, ad hoc analyses, scenario planning and financial modeling
• Provide end-to-end support on debt/equity transactions and respond to ad hoc investor requests
• Partner with the Accounting team to optimize our month-end close process
• Implement new financial forecasting software and processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our internal team
• Mentor, develop and manage a team of two FP&A professionals by setting clear goals and ensuring their professional development

Skills and Qualifications:

• Seeking candidates with at least 8 years in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or private equity, including a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an FP&A role. Applicants should have a robust background in managing financial strategies, forecasting and budgeting within dynamic environments
• Demonstrated leadership of a high functioning FP&A organization and track record of driving strong financial performance
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial statements required
• Excel expert and understanding of SQL/Tableau/Alteryx
• Familiarity with NetSuite and financial forecasting software
• Must have 2+ years of direct people management experience
• Self-starter with the ability to develop insightful financial models and quantitative analysis from scratch, paired with strong critical thinking and sound business judgment
• Proven ability to think on your feet and distill complex topics to all stakeholders and storytelling key business concepts through written memos
• Understanding of investment principles, corporate finance and capital markets

This position offers a competitive salary range of $175,500 to $204,750 per year, with significant equity, depending on experience and qualifications.
