Financial Analyst
Are you ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing SaaS business? We're seeking a results-driven Financial Analyst who wants to drive meaningful change as we scale and expand. As part of our team, you'll work closely with our VP of Business Operations, Analytics, and FP&A to set ambitious goals, create strategic budgets, and generate insights that fuel our growth and profitability.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with department heads to set operational targets, manage forecasts, and build annual budgets.
Analyze business results compared to plans and forecasts regularly, identifying opportunities for growth and profitability improvement.
Develop and enhance dynamic financial dashboards and metrics reports.
Prepare financial statements and insights for Board meetings.
Lead financial consolidation across newly acquired companies.
Analyze SaaS metrics to uncover performance insights, risks, and opportunities.
Build business models and analyze data to support tactical and strategic decisions.
Work with Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management, and Accounting teams to forecast revenue, churn, and bookings.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business needs.
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
Experience with SaaS business models.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to build models and dive into data with a hands-on approach.
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Zuora, Salesforce, Looker, or similar tools.

Compensation:
The expected salary range for this role is $89,000 - $132,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and location.
