RETAIL OPERATIONS
Secret Shopper - La Crosse, WI: Kwik Trip’s Retail Operations Department is looking for a Secret Shopper. This individual’s main focus is evaluating each of our 700+ retail stores in WI, MN, and IA. With each visit, the selected person will complete an evaluation form rating the stores’:
Qualifications: The ability to objectively enforce stringent customer service and other applicable retail standards; be acutely aware of all workplace activities; highly self-directed with keen attention to detail and accuracy; strong oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Proficient with typing; willingness to travel with an average of 1 - 2 overnights per week; valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record. Candidate must reside within 50 miles of La Crosse, WI. Retail experience is strongly preferred, and internal co-workers are highly encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule: This co-worker will typically work 10–12-hour shifts, 3-4 days per week and will be scheduled to work anytime during the hours of 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. This co-worker will also be asked to work 2 weekends per month and will have rotating days off during the week.
Note : A company car will be provided during working hours.
