Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers to introduce them to the wide range of products and services offered by AT&T, DirecTV Stream, and Metronet.
  • Implement strategic sales tactics that align with company goals for reaching different customer segments.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to understand product features thoroughly and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Travel within the sales territory to meet prospects and customers, thereby increasing the likelihood of high-volume sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, encouraging referrals and repeated business.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Earn and exceed quarterly sales targets to ensure individual and team goals are met.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports that forecast sales figures, potential markets, and reliability of commitments.
  • Analyze the competitiveness of the market and propose creative strategies to enhance product visibility and sales potential.
  • Facilitate and negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
  • Respond effectively to sales issues and challenges as they arise and ensure they are resolved in a manner that upholds company integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize promotional opportunities and marketing strategies to position the brand advantageously in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within a similar industry or selling comparable products and services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and build customer relationships.
