Platform Engineering Lead Do you have a robust experience in platform engineering and a talent for team leadership? Our company is on the hunt for a Platform Engineering Lead to join our vibrant team. Your Core Responsibilities - As the director in the integration platform engineering team, your role isn't just about managing engineers - it is about inspiring and developing your team to ensure engineers deliver high quality, high ROI, and a superb user experience on our integration platforms, while minimizing technical debt and constantly learning.
- You will not hesitate to get hands on contribution where needed.
- This role will enable you to use your creativity to drive innovative solutions and approaches to platform engineering, while keeping efficiency in maintainability and cost in mind.
- You will have the opportunity to mitigate technical debt, ensuring the stability and efficiency of our systems.
- You will contribute to and drive the systems integration platform strategy, best practices, making impactful decisions that will shape the future of our technology and drive towards alignment between multiple platform implementations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships isn't just a part of the job - it's key to (y)our success.
Who You Are - Strong knowledge and experience in software design, development, and implementation.
- Comprehension of systems architecture, network systems, cloud and applications infrastructure.
- Proven experience leading and motivating, influencing engineering team(s), third-party vendors.
- Ability to review and understand system requirements and business processes.
- Experience in developing products, tools, and other technology applications for downstream data and application consumption.
- Ability to identify and manage risks/issues in the end-to-end engineering process.
- Strategic leadership skills including strategic planning, entrepreneurship, innovation, and business savviness.
- Strong dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with excellent emotional intelligence, decision-making skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability within whole software lifecycle.
- Ability to Influence and make Decisions.
Will help:
- Proficiency in Solution Architecture, Testing, System Designs, Software Development, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Data Integration.
- Proficiency in coding, testing, debugging, and implementing software solutions.
- Experience in working with both front-end and back-end code.
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning.
- Strong Networking and Partnerships skills.
