Job Description:

• The PS Operations Specialist plays a critical role in enabling the effective and efficient performance of the Seeds Product Safety group.

• You will work with team members stakeholders and vendors to meet the needs of the group.

• In addition you will work with and support other Research Triangle Park Innovation Center (RTP) R&D functions to enable their work.

You will:

• Manage Procurement responsibilities for all other R&D groups at the RTP site for all consumables and noncapital equipment; shipping blanket POs; process all invoices and work with vendors to resolve any issues; provide innovative solutions to procure essential consumables in the face of supply chain challenges

• Experience with SAP and setting up purchase orders preferred

• Effective use of interpersonal skills

Critical Knowledge experience capabilities and qualifications

• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Adobe SAP Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

• Trained in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
