About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and executive team. This is a remote, contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communications with board members, advisors, staff, and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update the CEO's contact list and calendar
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare and manage board meeting agendas, including research and presentations
- Maintain board member and advisor biographies
- Assist with board member recruitment
- Manage day-to-day troubleshooting and provide status updates to the executive team
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
- Proofread and edit materials as needed
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to manage contacts and follow-up tasks
Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting C-level executives in nonprofit or startup environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
