We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Device Sales/Audiologist/Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our patients through expert hearing care and innovative solutions. As long as you have strong sales skills training is available for someone who does not have a background in hearing aids. Full-time & part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments for patients of all ages.
• Fit, adjust, maintain and sell hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families about hearing loss and hearing aids.
• Perform hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Stay current with advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

• Preferably licensed/certified as an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist.
• Preferably a degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, or a related field.
• Preferably previous experience in hearing assessments, hearing aid fitting, and patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a strong sales background.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the latest hearing aid technology and software.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
