**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting and converting leads into sales.
Your primary focus will be on prospecting and building relationships with potential customers to drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are eager to learn and grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize inbound and outbound calling with warm, intellegent and inciteful calling techniques toengage with potential clients.
- Maintain knowledge on new products, updated techniques and industry standards
- Use Pipedrive, CPSM and Salesmessenger to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients and prospects
-Persue all new sales opportunities/leads to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless dropoffs/handoffs and maintain a high level of communication throughout the process.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge of our products
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective issue resolution
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fluent in English and professional verbiage
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Experience with hard closes, inside and outbound sales
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- A strong work ethic. loyalty and a commitment to meeting sales targets
- A positive and professional attitude with a strong drive to succeed
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
