Job Purpose

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Finance & Services team. The role holder is responsible for performing a variety of customer service duties through timely, courteous and diplomatic handling of customer interactions.

Your Role

• Resolve customer inquiries as needed through telephone contact and/or written communication by assisting them in problem solving, planning and execution of stated objectives
• Manage various inquiries by accessing the claims processing system (SAP)
• Comply with customer service policies and procedures meeting Straumann’s high operational standards
• Ensure customer retention and satisfaction by professional customer support management
• Follow-up on specific requests made by the doctors on the particular cases

Your Profile

• Basic education in logistics, dental technician diploma or similar 
• Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience in medical, pharma or biotech industry, preferably in a call center or similar, dental experience a plus
• Solid computer skills & knowledge with SAP System
• Fluent language skills in Turkish & ideally in English
• Excellent customer service and communication skills  
• Attention to details and ability to prioritize required
• Energetic, flexible and independent personality with strong sense for quality awareness
