Job Title: Training Coordinator 
Location: Queens, NY
Compensation: $55,000-60,000
Requirements: 1-2+ years of recent experience as a training coordinator.

What You Will Be Doing

• Overseeing all training of staff on a variety of topics ranging from quality to safety and human resources goals.
• Administering the Alchemy software training program.
• Working directly with Production, QA and Personnel to assure all staff are trained on a schedule to be developed and agreed to by all departments.
• Assisting Management in developing appropriate training modules as desired.
• Work with QA Technicians in monitoring quality and production control paperwork on the lines.

What You Need for this Position

Required:
- At least 1-2 years experience as a training coordinator.
- Bilingual - English & Spanish.

Preferred:
- QA background in food production is a plus.
