SUMMARY
Pohanka Automotive Group of Salisbury is looking for Auto Glass Installers and Glass technicians to join our growing business. We are offering top competitive pay to experienced glass installers to join the Auto Glass division of the Pohanka Collision Center located in Salisbury, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform repair and replacement of automotive windshields, side windows, and rear windows
- Assess damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement methods
- Remove damaged glass and install new glass using specialized tools and adhesives
- Ensure proper fit, seal, and safety of newly installed auto glass
- Maintain a clean and organized mobile workspace
- Provide excellent customer service and explain procedures to clients
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment
- Stay updated on industry trends and new installation techniques
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a glass technician
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Team player
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license
