Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design process for luxury custom residential homes.
* Collaborate with interior designers and other team members to create cohesive and awe-inspiring spaces.
* Translate clients' visions into stunning architectural plans and drawings.
* Ensure projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and construction progress.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly.
* Utilize 3D modeling and other tools to present designs to clients.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
* Proven experience in luxury residential design and commercial designs
* Proficiency in architectural software and design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
* Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Licensed Architect
* A portfolio showcasing exceptional luxury residential and commercial projects
